These are more of the Coat of Arms backgrounds I have made for our site. You may use them as you wish, though I do request that they be used only where the Coat of Arms are applicable, though I must admit I took some liberties with some of them. If you would like more information on the Coats of Arms, please feel free to contact me through the Contact page.

The Arms of John de Lacy.

The Arms of Hugh de Lacy. They were probably granted after he became Justiciar of Ireland.

The Arms of William Deincourt.

The Arms of the Dukes of Burgundy.

The Arms of Henry III, Duke of Lorraine from the Camden Roll, 1280.

The Arms of Rolf Ganger, the first Duke of Normandy, though I'm not sure how Rolf was granted arms since he lived in the late 9th and early 10th centuries, and arms were not used until the 11th.

The Arms of Ranulph "de Gernon",Earl of Chester.

The Arms of the Count of Maine.

The Arms of William de Ferrers, Earl of Derby.

The Arms of Richard Fitzalan, Earl of Arundel.

The Arms of Robert Fitzroger.

I found these arms on a Web site, and they are probably not correct for any of the Fitzwalters on this page. If anyone knows the correct arms for any of them I will change it.

The Arms of Thomas Foljambe.

The Arms of Gilbert Fraser from the Galloway Roll, ABT 1300.

The Arms of Geoffrey de Geneville.

The Arms of Maurice Fitzgerald.

The Arms of John de Grey, from the Galloway Roll, ABT 1300. According to some sources, the bend (diagonal line) should be indented (zig-zag edges). I may change it one day to the arms of Henry de Grey, which does not have the bend at all.

The Arms of Richard Hammerton.

The Arms of Maurice II de Craon.

These are the Arms of the Howard Dukes of Norfolk. They are found in the crest of the present Duke of Norfolk, as well in the first quarter of the shield with an added escutcheon.

The standard Arms for the king of Portugal from the 13th century.

The Arms of Alfonso, King of Castile and Leon from the Herald's Roll ABT 1280. It is used on a page of kings of Spain's early kingdoms.

The Arms of the king of Aragon from the 13th century.

The Arms of Conrad III of Hohenstauffen (Conrad III, Duke of Franconia), of the Hohenstauffen kings of East Franks.

The Arms of Alfonso, King of Castile. Oddly, it is used on the page of Kings of Leon.

The standard Arms for the kings of Navarre.

The Arms of William I "the Lion", King of Scotland. These arms are no longer used on a page.

The Arms of John Lackland, King of England. This background is no longer used on a page.

The Arms of Alan la Zouche.

The Arms of William Longespee, Earl of Salisbury from the Camden Roll 1280. It is used on the page with William Longespee, though I have my doubts about him being the correct William Longespee.

The Arms of Edward I, King of England, known as Longshanks, found listed on several rolls of arms.

The Arms of Hugh X de Lusignan, King of Cyprus. He had a different arms prior to going on Crusade and becoming the king of Cyprus.

I ran across these arms many times listed as those of the Duke of Austria. I later discovered that they were used by the Babenberg Margraves. This was listed in the Armorial du Herault Vermandois, ABT 1285-1300.

The Arms of William Marshal, Earl of Pembroke. These arms were granted after he became earl of Pembroke, he had different arms prior to these as Marshal of the Royal Household.

The Arms of Hugh de Kevelioc, Earl of Chester. This background is no longer used on a page.

The Arms of William Mauduit from Walford's Roll, ABT 1275.

The Arms of Simon III de Montfort.
